Flowback surfactant
A hydro-alcoholic blend of low-foaming, water-soluble/dispersible cationic surfactants, developed to deliver high performance by improving wettability and reducing surface tension in multiphase, multicomponent systems.
Effective during matrix injection in gas wells where surface tension needs to be minimised, to significantly reduce capillary forces that block the blends inside formation pores. This effect – known as water blockage – reduces relative permeability of gas, compromising wells production.
NEA 50
Non-emulsifying agent
The product is added to stimulation fluids to reduce the tendency of residual formation hydrocarbons to form stable emulsions during and after stimulation operations.
Its primary function is to prevent or break emulsions in situ.
Suitable for use over a wide temperature range.
NIS 30
Non-ionic surfactant
Developed to deliver excellent performance in terms of surface tension reduction and wettability, NIS 30 is a blend of non-ionic surfactants, soluble/dispersible in water, in a hydroalcoholic formulation with low-foaming properties. When used in acid systems, it offers excellent versatility of application together with effective stabilisation of the acid mixture under both live acid and spent acid conditions.
The product is primarily used in well acid stimulation treatments, in the presence of both inorganic and organic acids. Its composition is high compatible with both anionic and cationic based additives.
EMSOL 31
emulsifying & dispersing agent
An emulsifying and dispersing agent developed to stabilize and homogenize water-based acid formulations containing also an aromatic or aliphatic phase.
In oil & gas applications, EMSOL 31 promotes the effective dispersion of the solvent throughout the acid system, improving fluid compatibility and enhancing well desired operations.
